These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order at  www.clubassist.no .

The terms and conditions of purchase apply to all sales of goods and products from clubassist.no The terms and conditions of purchase, together with the customer's order, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. Consumer purchases are regulated in, among other things, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act and the E-commerce Act. Read this if you want more information about your rights and obligations when purchasing. Where in these terms and conditions of sale there is a requirement to be in writing, this is fulfilled by using e-mail.

We are a total supplier of all the clothing and equipment your sports club needs.

Age limit

To shop at  www.clubassist.no  , you must be 18 years of age, not be under guardianship and otherwise be able to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your guardian to be able to order from us.

 

Prices and fees

All our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include customs value added tax and exclusive shipping. Value added tax is shown on the order confirmation/receipt. Prices in the online shop may vary in some cases and we reserve the right to change our prices.We reserve the right to any delivery delays and out-of-stock products. Furthermore, we reserve the right against technical errors, typographical errors and typing errors. We reserve the right to change any errors in price information before and after the order has been processed.

Shipping and Delivery:

We send packages continuously. We try to complete all orders as soon as possible and the delivery time from when we send packages is from 2-6 days if we have items in stock. For order items, 2-3 weeks must be calculated.

For special production, the delivery time will be from 5-10 weeks, depending on the supplier.

All our packages are sent by Posten/Bring.

Orders for the club are delivered to the clubhouse for delivery, unless otherwise ordered.

Our deliveries are transported in accordance with Bring's guidelines for the environment and working environment, which means as little climate impact as possible.

If one or more items in the order cannot be delivered, the items that can be delivered will be sent, while the items that cannot be delivered will be credited / resent to you.

Upon delivery, you will be notified via SMS from Bring. When the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of this.

All orders are sent by Posten/Bring
You have two weeks to collect your parcel at your nearest post office. If you don't, it will be returned to us. These are Posten's regulations. In addition, you will be invoiced for shipping costs.

Printed items have their own delivery times according to the club agreement.

Goods can be collected freely from our warehouse in Masteveien 3, 1481 Hagan, or from the club house in accordance with the club agreement.

Unclaimed delivery

If you do not pick up the order within the deadline and are otherwise completely passive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been picked up. You will then not have met the requirements set for you in accordance with § 11 and § 13 of the Right of Cancellation Act, and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. If you have paid for your order but not collected the package, you will automatically be credited when we collect the order in return. You will be invoiced with a minimum fee of NOK 100 to cover our handling costs.

 

Order and delivery confirmations/delivery note

When you complete an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The agreement between you and Clubassist AS regarding the delivery of your ordered products occurs when you receive a delivery confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that your email address is correct and contact our Customer Service and we will resend the confirmation.

When the goods are sent from the warehouse to Clubassist AS, you will also receive a delivery confirmation via SMS. Together with your delivery, you will receive a delivery note that is valid as a receipt for the goods.

Exchange, right of withdrawal and complaint

Returns are made by sending the item to Clubassist AS's warehouse as agreed. We cover postage in the event of complaints or other errors on our part.

Note that team products cannot be exchanged and/or returned as this is considered a manufacturing purchase, the clothing can not be exchanged in the same way as standard clothing. With team products while clothes ordered in special designs and or standard clothes printed with selected initials/names are attached. 

 

Right of withdrawal

The Cancellation Act gives you as a consumer a 14-day right of cancellation when purchasing on e-commerce. The right of withdrawal period starts from the day you, or someone you have indicated, receives physical possession of the last item in your order. However, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements on the delivery of goods with an agreed logo, name or number printed, which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return. If the product is covered by the right of withdrawal and you have handled the product in a way that was not necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and function, Clubassist AS has the right to make a value deduction that corresponds to the product's current value compared to the product's original value. 

Complaint

Clubassist AS guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is sent out to the customer. Should the item, despite this, be damaged or have a defect when it arrives at you, you have the right to make a complaint. You must advertise to Clubassist AS as soon as possible, and at the latest within two months after you discovered or should have discovered this. Complaints should be sent to  post@clubassist.no

In the event of an approved complaint, Clubassist AS undertakes to pay the cost of return shipping. If the complaint is not approved, or if you use the right of withdrawal, you yourself pay the shipping costs for the returned item. In the case of a right of withdrawal for individual items (not the entire order) to Clubassist AS, shipping and invoice fees are not refunded.

Privacy & Safety

Personal information

By registering your order at Clubassist AS, you agree that we store and use your personal data to complete and deliver your order.

According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to take part in the information that we have registered about you and if you consider that the information is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request a correction or removal from our customer register. Contact us at post@clubassist.no We assure you that we will not sell or give your personal information to others.

Payment and prices 
Shopping in our online store  is safe and easy.

The payment option "CA-Invoice" can only be chosen by clubs and teams with a separate agreement. Orders from customers who choose "CA-Invoice", without a separate agreement will be rejected.

Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify yourself easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that we make a distinction between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. The payment methods that may be offered are invoice, partial payment, card payment or bank transfer. Everyone is equally safe. By providing or requesting information in Klarna Checkout, you accept our terms of use and our use of your personal data as described below.

 

Klarna Checkout Terms of Use
By using Klarna Checkout, you agree to Klarna Bank AB (publ):s (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm), "Klarna", conditions as described below, including any attachments or other material that refer to ("Terms").
From the moment you provide or request information, you start using Klarna Checkout. By doing so, you also consent to our use of your personal data, including the possibility of transferring the data to third parties or for processing outside the EU / EEA.
 

Identification, adaptation and risk assessment
In order to be able to safely identify you and prevent unauthorized use or misuse of Klarna Checkout, and to meet the requirements according to good credit mediation, Klarna must verify your identity.
Klarna collects additional information such as social security number, name and address, choice of credit options, as well as credit information from various suppliers.
Klarna also uses the information you may have from previous purchases, publicly available information and information on the internet about how you have fulfilled our payment conditions, to carry out a risk assessment.
Klarna Checkout automatically adjusts the risk assessment, and thus also the design of the service, every time you use the service, and you do not have to provide more information than necessary.
In some cases, your previously entered and Klarna-approved address is displayed as soon as you have entered your e-mail address and postcode. The approved address is only used to pre-fill the address information in direct connection with your purchase.
By completing the purchase, you confirm your identity and correct delivery address.

 

Payment, fees
Klarna Checkout shows the payment methods that can be offered to you.
Current payment options that can currently be offered by Klarna Checkout are:

  • invoice

  • account credit

  • credit card

  • direct payment via bank

- Invoice is the standard payment method where possible.
- When paying by invoice, Klarna's current invoice terms apply at all times: 14 days' credit.
- In the event of late payment, a penalty charge in accordance with the rates of the debt collection regulations as well as the late payment interest applicable at all times.
- It costs nothing to use Klarna Checkout. Any taxes and/or fees may be added through the selected payment method, see the individual terms of payment for the item you choose.
- Klarna can at any time add or remove one or more payment methods from those offered in Klarna Checkout.
- When you complete a purchase via Klarna Checkout, you and Klarna enter into an agreement in which Klarna, among other things, guarantees that you do not have to pay if you do not receive your goods. Klarna also reimburses the store for what you have bought and thus takes over the right to be paid. Regardless of which payment option you choose, your payment will go towards regulating Klarna's requirements.

 

Bruk
Klarna owns all rights to Klarna Checkout. As a User, you may only use the Service as directed to make purchases, until further notice and in accordance with the Terms.
If you have previously shopped with Klarna Checkout and entered your address, this will be filled in automatically as soon as you have entered your email address and postcode.
You can cancel this function directly in Klarna Checkout, or by sending an e-mail to personvern@klarna.no whenever you wish.

 

Declaration
You declare that all the information you provide is correct and your own, and that you can enter into agreements freely and without the consent of a guardian, trustee or other person. 
If you use the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you also warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement and accept the Terms in their entirety on behalf of that legal entity.
By providing personal information on behalf of other persons, you confirm that you also have consent to provide such data, and that the information can be used for the purposes and in the ways described in these Terms.

Misuse
You declare that all information you provide is correct and your own, and that you can enter into agreements freely and without the consent of a guardian, trustee or other person.
If you use the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you also warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement and accept the Terms in their entirety on behalf of that legal entity.
By providing personal information on behalf of other persons, you confirm that you also have consent to provide such data, and that the information can be used for the purposes and in the ways described in these Terms.

Privacy
Klarna and our partners will process your personal data in order to be able to offer you a simpler payment service via Klarna Checkout and to simplify the payment process the next time you use Klarna's services.
Klarna uses personal data for the purpose of securing your identity, managing customer relationships, preventing misuse or exploitation of payment services, performing customer analyses, credit assessment, risk analyses, risk management, business development, commercial and marketing purposes for its own part and for our specially selected partners, and to comply with applicable regulatory requirements in general.
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to you. The following are examples of personal data that Klarna processes:

  • Contact information - name, address, e-mail address, telephone number etc.

  • Date of birthday

  • Payment information - card number, invoice information, etc

  • Financial information - for example information about income and any payment notes (used in cases where a credit assessment is carried out)

  • Article information - information regarding the purchases made

  • Historical information – information about previous purchases, how you have previously complied with the terms of payment, any refusals etc

  • Information about your computer/device - IP address, language settings, browser settings etc

 

Publicly available information on the internet
Birth number is used for identification and as a customer number for customer management purposes in Klarna's system.
If you have previously used Klarna, there may be previously stored information about you, for example customer handling, documentation requirements or similar authorized purposes.
Klarna will use any such information to secure your identity and facilitate your use of Klarna Checkout.
Klarna may also use electronic communication (e.g. communication via SMS and e-mail) in its contact with you.
Klarna may provide information to other companies within the Klarna group, who may then also use the information in the manner and for the purposes described here.
For administrative purposes, the information can also be disclosed to the e-tailer/online store where you made the purchase and to our specially selected partners for customer analysis and marketing.
Furthermore, information may be passed on in connection with the transfer of claims to debt collection agencies or similar.
The information can also be transferred for processing outside the EU/EEA area to a state that does not have the same level of protection of personal data.
Klarna protects personal information and will implement the necessary security measures to protect the information.
You have the right once per year to make a written request for access to the information that concerns you.
You also have the right to correct incorrect information and choose not to receive further marketing communications.
Klarna Bank AB (publ) is responsible for the processing of your personal data and Swedish law applies to that processing.

Complaints
You can submit a written or oral complaint to Klarna's conflict resolution department. You do this by using the contact form on Klarna's website, www.klarna.com, https://www.klarna.com/customer-service/customer-service-mail-form or by regular post to Klarna's registered address (indicate "Complaint" on the envelope). Should we, against presumption, be unable to find a solution in connection with the complaint, the complaint can be forwarded to the Swedish Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN). Klarna participates in such negotiations in accordance with the company's statutory obligations. You will find further information on the prerequisites for access to appeal on ARN's website: http://arn.se/other-languages/english-what-is-arn/. The dispute can be presented in all official EU languages ​​and sent via the ODR platform to the European Commission. The dispute will then be forwarded to ARN. Termination
The right to use Klarna Checkout persists until one of the parties terminates the agreement. Such termination has immediate effect, but does not affect terms and obligations for completed purchases (unpaid bills, fees, etc.), or the right to process personal data on it."

Force majeure

Is Clubassist AS prevented from delivering or making mandatory redelivery - or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls-up of a similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as dealt with in this point, makeupyourmind.no exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaint and credit the purchase price of the defective item.
